Bit Assist features a simple and intuitive interface. The free version (WordPress.org) already provides all the functionality I need. The Pro version offers even more customization options for those who require advanced features.

I love that it’s sort of an all-in-one button to make it easy to connect with visitors. I really hope that there continues to be new features added!

I’m using Bit Assist for handling support interactions. It’s easy to configure and works smoothly without adding clutter. No unnecessary features, just focused functionality. It also plays well with other plugins. Support team has been helpful whenever I had questions.

It works perfectly and is very easy to set up. The only thing missing is automation. I am really looking forward to the AI live chat feature in the future. That would make this tool absolutely perfect!
