I've used Saber (originally called BugMuncher) happily for years on my eLearning site and I can't speak highly enough of this plugin.
Particular strengths are:
Lightweight, simple and fast integration
Perfect means for customers to reach out to me to highlight simple typos in our content so I can get that repaired
Extremely responsive support from Matt (plugin builder) in response to any issues at all
I would wholeheartedly recommend this plugin without any reservations at all. My use case is an eLearning site, and it's invaluable for reporting of content that's out of date, but also troubleshooting any issues with pages that aren't working for particular users.
