Download the plugin as a .zip file or install directly from the WordPress plugin repository. 2. Upload the `collab-notes` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory. 3. Activate the plugin in the WordPress admin under **Plugins > Installed Plugins**. 4. (Optional) Configure user roles permissions under **Settings > Collab Notes**. ## PMF ### Who can see the notes? By default, only administrators can see and add notes. However, you can configure user role permissions in the settings page. ### Can I add notes to custom post types? No, the notes are strictly for internal use in the WordPress admin area. ### Is this plugin compatible with all themes?
