- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/instant-answers-chatbotdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Use the “Instant Answers Options” screen to configure the plugin by adding your chatbot ID.

How do I set up my chatbot?

Once you’ve designed your chatbot on Instant Answers, simply copy its chatbot ID. Navigate to the settings page on your WordPress dashboard and paste the ID there to integrate the chatbot into your website.
