Instal·lació
- Upload the entire “wp-media-category” folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

Just like other post types categories, you have assign any media to any category, which you can create under the admin menu, “Media”

Nice Plugin, works as expected.
Since the “Enhanced media library” plugin is outdated for years and breaks the upload of images in posts and pages, this plugin is my new way to go!
Would be nice if it also worked in the grid view of the media overview, but I read in the forum that this will be implemented in the future.
Keep the good work going and thanks a lot for this useful plugin!

I like it, it’s very good implemented with the standard functionality of wordpress. But I can’t filter the media when selecting an image for a post or a page. And if I switch to grid-Layout in the media overview the filter is not available too.
