Premium activation/trial and SMS requests go to Etoile Web Design over HTTPS; license keys, trial email addresses, site URLs, recipient telephone numbers and message content are sent only as required for the selected action. Google receives the reCAPTCHA response and normal browser/map request data when those features are enabled. PayPal receives the exact IPN body for payment verification. Zendesk sends the configured ticket ID, title, optional requester email and status to the signed webhook. The deactivation survey sends nothing when Skip is chosen. The source repository records the field-by-field external-service inventory and failure behavior. If you click the checkbox beside the incorrect order and select «Delete», that should get rid of the order. ### Do I need WooCommerce to use Order Tracking? No. Order Tracking works as a standalone status and workflow tracking plugin. WooCommerce integration is optional and available with Premium. ### Does the WooCommerce integration support HPOS? Yes. The Premium WooCommerce integration uses WooCommerce-supported order handling for HPOS compatibility. If your site has extensive WooCommerce customizations or other extensions that modify order behavior, test the plugin on a staging site before deploying it to production. ### How do I change the title of “Order Form Instructions”? You can edit “Order Form Instructions” on the «Settings» page. They can also be set as an attribute. Instructions set as an attribute will take priority. ### How do I change the label “Order Number” field to, for example, “Job Number” in the front end display? To change the label, try adding these attributes into your shortcode: [tracking- form order_field_text=’Job Number’ field_names=’Order Number=>Job Number’] ### Is there a way to modify multiple field labels? In the premium version, you can change the field labels by using the «Labelling» area of the «Settings» tab. ### My order graph is not displaying properly, all of the statuses are overlapping. How do I fix this? Make sure that you set the column “Percentages” on the order statuses page. If the problem persists you can also try editing the spacing by adding some custom CSS. ### Is this compatible with WPML? Yes. All the strings/labels are localized in the code. As such, they will be picked up by WPML’s String Translation tool for easy direct translating. You first need to make sure the **Tracking Map** choice is selected for the **Order Information Displayed** option in the Basic area of the Settings page. Then you need to provide your Google Maps API key in the designated area. Then you need to make sure you have provided latitude and longitude coordinates for your locations. After this, when you set an order to a specific location in the premium version, that location will show on a map on the tracking results page. ### Can Sales Reps manage and create their own orders? Yes. In the premium version, you just need to associate the sales rep with an existing WordPress user account and then they will have access to their own customized dashboard in the WordPress admin. Yes. In the premium version, you just need to associate the customer with an existing WordPress user account. Additional information about an order can be added using custom fields, or by using the «Public Notes» at the moment. The columns that can be uploaded currently are: Number, Name, Order Status, Location, Display, Public Notes, Private Notes, Email, Show in Admin Table, Sales Rep ID as well as those with the same name as a custom field (ex: «Specs»). ### Can I restrict who can view an order? Yes. Order Tracking supports configurable customer-access workflows, including public tracking, email verification and login-required access.
