PMF

Why should I put the shortcode in header of templates, instead of, for example, index.php file of template

An answer to that question.

User could have a trouble by inserting the shortcode in index.php because when you have, for example, three searching criteries, then searching criterias take too space on your site and site, after getting posts, becomes unresponsive. Also, a website looks much more beuatiful if user has a search form in the header of a template.
