Automatic Installation

  1. Sign in to your WordPress site as an administrator.
  2. In the main menu go to Plugins -> Add New.
  3. Search for TimeClock and click install.

Time Clock is just what I needed for my project. It's very simple and straightforward, so I didn't have to spend a lot of time developing my own solution for this.

Great time clock ***** 5/5 Might even fork some code. Some features it was missing tho: I know my employees are going to mess up time clocking and I need a way of making the changes when they email me. I also don't really like that you have to create a page with a short code: [timeclock] Customers use my website too and I don't want them to click onto some password protected page. They get suspicous.

Our company employees work over night, but check-in before 00:00 and check-out after 00:00, activity can not count work time, and 1 user row seperate to 2 user rows. So this plug in is only very good for daytime job working. Hope fix this issue.

The only thing it could do better is to find and train the employee/volunteer. I don't see that upgrade coming soon. It's an awesome plugin. Keep up the good work!!!

I have been using the plugin myself to track hours for my current and new business. I built this plugin because I couldn't find a good solution on the market and there was no other WordPress solution. I volunteer a lot and over the past 8 or so years I keep seeing poorly coded time clocks that small organizations are using. Hopefully organizations can use this and have one less thing to worry about.
