No credit card, no limits. ### Does this replace my SMTP plugin? No. Virtevo Insights uses WordPress’s built-in `wp_mail()` function. Emails are sent through whatever SMTP or email service you already have configured (WP Mail SMTP, Mailchimp, etc.). ### Where is my data stored? All data stays in your WordPress database. No data is sent to external servers. ### Does it work with WooCommerce HPOS? Yes. Virtevo Insights is fully compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables). ### How accurate is the churn prediction? The RFM model is based on proven research. It calculates each customer’s typical purchase cycle and measures how overdue they are.
