Once orders are paid and labels created, it does not communicate with woocomerce and does not mark orders as complete on the website. I have contacted support multiple times, and I always get the same generic answer, such as reset API keys, install and uninstall the plugin, which I have done it many times and yet problem still persists.Very disappointed at the support level received and looking at canceling my shipstation account all together for 4 stores, as soon as I find an alternative solution.
