The folders are **virtual**. Your files stay exactly where WordPress uploaded them, so organizing thousands of files changes no image URL, breaks no link in your posts and does nothing to your SEO. Deactivate the plugin and your site is exactly as it was. Unlimited folders, subfolders and files, drag and drop, folder colors, importers and every setting are free. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins Add New Plugin and search for «WorkMore Media Folders». 2. Click Install Now, then Activate. 3. Open Media Library. The folder panel appears beside your files; click «New folder» to create your first folder and drag files onto it. 4. Optional: to bring over folders from another plugin, or to build the file size index for sorting, open Media WorkMore Media Folders. Install and activate WorkMore Media Folders, then open Media Library. Click «New folder» (or the «New folder» tile after your folders), name it, and drag files onto it. Unlimited folders, subfolders and files, drag and drop, colors, stars, search, sorting, the importers and all settings are free, without time limits. No. A file lives in at most one folder, like on your computer, so there is always one clear place to find it.
