 * Create a Consent Form for users to consent to you processing their data or alternatively
   acknowledge they have read your Data Privacy Notice
 * Display Consent Form anywhere on your site with a shortcode
 * View a summary of all consents received to get the full picture of your progress

#### WP-HR GDPR Extensions

Our Pro version is designed to integrate with the WP-HR Manager plugin [LINK: https://
wordpress.org/plugins/wp-hr-manager]. When both plugins are installed you benefit
from all the employee management features of WP-HR Manager plus enhanced GDPR tools,
including:
 * Nominate Data Protection Officers who can access plugin features and
restrict access to certain data for other user types * Link Consents and other GDPR
activities to employee profiles * Create a Subject Access Request page and allow
logged in users to submit without the need to submit additional ID * Create a Register
to log all Subject Access Requests and manage how they are processed * Record GDPR
training for each employee * Automatically send an email to people submitting Consent
and Subject Access Request forms as a record of their submission * Automatically
notify Data Protection Officers about new Consent and Subject Access Request submissions*
Integrate your Data Privacy Notice and Consent forms within Job Applications created
using the WP-HR Recruitment extension

## Instal·lació

### Automatically Install From WordPress Dashboard

 1. Login to your the admin panel
 2. Navigate to Plugins -> Add New
 3. Search **WP-HR GDPR PRO**
 4. Click install and activate respectively.

### Manual Install From WordPress Dashboard

If your server is not connected to the Internet, then you can use this method: 1.
Download the plugin by clicking on the blue ‘Download’ button above. A ZIP file 
will be downloaded. 2. Login to your site’s admin panel and navigate to Plugins -
> Add New -> Upload. 3. Click ‘Choose File’, select the plugin file and click install.

### Install Using FTP

If you are unable to use any of the methods due to internet connectivity and file
permission issues, then you can use this method: 1. Download the plugin by clicking
on the blue ‘Download’ button above. A ZIP file will be downloaded. 2. Unzip the
file. 3. Launch your favorite FTP client. Such as FileZilla, FireFTP, CyberDuck 
etc. If you are a more advanced user, then you can use SSH too. 4. Upload the folder
to wp-content/plugins/ 5. Log in to your WordPress dashboard. 6. Navigate to Plugins-
> Installed 7. Activate the plugin.

### Is employee data secure? Is it transmitted outside the EU

As this is a WordPress plugin the data is held on your website server. You may need
to check where the server is hosted with your site host.

### Do you have any limits on the number of admins, managers or employees?

No.

### Does WP-HR Manager support WordPress multisite installation?

No.
