                        When the GLS Parcel Shop or Parcel Locker shipping method is active, the plugin loads a JavaScript widget from the GLS country-specific domain (e.g. map.gls-slovakia.com<\/code>, map.gls-czech.com<\/code>, map.gls-hungary.com<\/code>, etc.) at checkout to display an interactive map for selecting a pickup point. The exact domain is determined by the GLS country configured in the plugin settings. Label generation, tracking, and Parcel Shop\/Locker selection all depend on API access from your GLS subsidiary.<\/p><\/dd>\n

                          Yes. When the GLS Parcel Shop shipping method is enabled and added to a shipping zone, a location picker appears at checkout. Customers select their preferred pickup point from an interactive GLS map.<\/p><\/dd>\n

                          How do return labels work?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

                          Open any order with an existing GLS label in the admin. Click Generate Return Label<\/strong> in the GLS meta box. The plugin calls the GLS API with the customer's address as the pickup point and your store address as the delivery address, downloads the PDF label, and emails it to the customer automatically.                           Open the order in admin. In the GLS meta box, click Resend Tracking Email<\/strong>.                           When enabled in the Other settings tab, a line like \"Estimated delivery: 1\u20132 business days\" appears below the GLS shipping method at checkout. The range is based on a static map: SK\/CZ = 1\u20132 days, HU\/HR\/SI = 2\u20133 days, RO\/RS = 3\u20135 days, DE\/PL\/AT = 2\u20133 days, all other countries = 3\u20137 days. It is a general guideline \u2014 not a GLS guarantee.<\/p><\/dd>\n

                          Does the tracking shortcode require login?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

                          No. Customers enter their order number and order key (from the confirmation email). The order key ensures only the rightful customer can view their order's tracking status.<\/p><\/dd>\n

                          How do I filter orders by GLS delivery status?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

                          In WooCommerce \u2192 Orders, use the GLS status filter dropdown (next to the existing status filter). Options: All GLS Statuses, In Transit, Delivered, Problem, No GLS Label. Works in both classic CPT and HPOS order screens.<\/p><\/dd>\n

                          Are labels stored securely?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

                          Yes. PDF label files are stored in the WordPress uploads directory under a protected subfolder with an .htaccess<\/code> that blocks direct access. Labels are served only through an authenticated, nonce-protected download URL. The optional cleanup job removes old files automatically.<\/p><\/dd>\n

                          Can I use WP-CLI to generate labels?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

                          Yes.
