VouchLinks for WooCommerce connects a merchant’s WooCommerce store to their VouchLinks advertiser account.

After connection, the plugin captures VouchLinks referral identifiers from visitor URLs, stores attribution on WooCommerce orders, and sends configured order events to VouchLinks. VouchLinks event settings decide which WooCommerce events are tracked and which events trigger conversion rewards.

This plugin requires a VouchLinks advertiser account, advertiser email, and API key.

External Service

This plugin relies on VouchLinks, an external service operated by VouchLinks, to connect a WooCommerce store to a merchant’s VouchLinks advertiser account, load VouchLinks event settings, record WooCommerce order events, and send conversion or refund postbacks for attribution and reward processing.

Data sent to VouchLinks:

• When a merchant connects the store, the plugin sends the merchant’s VouchLinks advertiser email, VouchLinks API key, WordPress store URL, and plugin version.
• When event settings are synced or loaded, the plugin sends the saved VouchLinks advertiser email and API key in request headers.
• When a shopper visits with VouchLinks attribution parameters, the plugin stores the attribution identifiers locally in browser cookies, the WooCommerce session, and order metadata. These identifiers are sent to VouchLinks only when a tracked WooCommerce order event is processed.
• When an enabled WooCommerce order event is processed, the plugin sends the event type, order ID, order amount, currency, store URL, VouchLinks attribution identifiers, billing email, and line item details such as product name, product category, price, and quantity.
• When an enabled cancellation, refund, or failed order event is processed, the plugin also sends the order ID, VouchLinks link ID, reversal reason, and related order payload so VouchLinks can reverse or record the conversion status.

Data is sent only after the merchant has connected the plugin with VouchLinks credentials. Production is used by default. The development endpoint is used only when the site owner explicitly configures the plugin for development testing with VOUCHLINK_WC_API_ENV or VOUCHLINK_WC_API_BASE_URL.
