Start with an availability calendar today, run a full hotel booking system later — on the same site. Nothing to rebuild, nothing to migrate.
- Show free dates with an availability calendar — put a calendar on any page. Guests see free nights and prices, then call or message you to book.
- Book vacation rentals right on the page — on a property page, guests pick dates in its calendar and book right below it. With several places, a search form finds what is free for their dates and party — guests compare and book without leaving the page.
- Sell different rates — sell the same place on different terms: a refundable rate, a non-refundable rate at a discount or a rate with breakfast. Guests see only the rates that fit their dates and party.
- Add extras, extra beds and children’s prices (Pro) — sell a transfer, breakfast or late checkout with the stay. Add extra beds. Price children by age, or let them stay free with their parents.

BookiFlex doesn’t touch your theme: your pages sell the stay, the booking engine takes it from there. Add it to a new site or a finished one.

External services
When Stripe payment gateway is enabled, payment and transaction data is sent to Stripe for processing. No data is sent until a user initiates a payment.

- Booking Search Form Let visitors search availability by dates and guests from any page — ideal for building a call-to-action section. Matching results open right in the booking widget.
- Booking Calendar Show nightly prices and availability for the accommodation types you pick. Visitors can browse months ahead and start a booking straight from the calendar.
- Booking Cart The checkout for a stay: the summary, the guest details and the payment. Pair it with a Booking Calendar on the same page — the cart fills itself once dates are picked.
Instal·lació
- In your WordPress admin panel, go to Plugins Add New Plugin, search for BookiFlex, and click Install Now, then Activate.
- An onboarding wizard launches automatically — walk through the basic setup (company info, rental units, pricing, and booking terms) or load demo data to explore the plugin before configuring anything.
- You’ll be asked whether you’d like to share your basic profile info with BookiFlex — your WordPress user’s first and last name and email address. Opting in gives you access to BookiFlex add-ons.
- After activation, the Book Now button is visible to administrators only. Once you’re ready, enable it for all visitors in BookiFlex Settings Appearance.
That’s it — guests can now book directly from your website.

Will BookiFlex prevent double bookings with Airbnb and Booking.com?

Yes. On your site, dates close the moment a guest books, even before you confirm. With Pro, connect calendars from Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms via iCal to bring their bookings in, and those dates close too.

Is iCal sync the same as a channel manager?

No. A channel manager is a two-way connection with each platform. iCal is a calendar file the platforms share, and BookiFlex uses it to keep availability in step. If you need a full channel manager, BookiFlex is not the right fit.

Is this a real hotel booking system or a contact form?

A real booking system. Guests pick dates, see what is free, choose a rate, pay and get a confirmation by email — on your website.

Which payment options can guests use?

Payment on arrival, a deposit online, the full amount online or a bank transfer. Online payments go through Stripe.

Do I need WooCommerce or other plugins?

No WooCommerce needed. Everything for hotel booking is built in — properties, prices, availability, Stripe payments and guest emails — and Pro includes every add-on — nothing else to buy.

Not yet. The booking widget, search form and guest emails are translated into English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian and Polish.

Is BookiFlex a hotel booking plugin for B&Bs, guesthouses and small hotels?

Yes, if each room is booked on its own. It doesn’t sell beds in shared rooms, and it doesn’t suit large hotels that pool room types.

- New: Booking Calendar — an availability calendar with a price on every free night, for any page. Guests pick their dates and book right below it, or just check free dates.
- New: Booking Cart — guests check out next to the Booking Calendar, without leaving the page.
- New: Both come with the free version and Pro, as a Gutenberg block, an Elementor widget and the [bookiflex_booking_calendar] / [bookiflex_booking_cart] shortcodes. Calendar options are under Settings Appearance.
- New: Overdue reservations can be cancelled automatically. Turn it on under Settings General Auto Confirmation Settings: when the payment deadline passes, the reservation is cancelled and the guest gets the cancellation email. Left off, it moves to Overdue and waits for you, as before.
- Fixed: Checkout did not recheck availability, so a guest could book a rental that sold out while they were filling in the form. Now they see «Not enough availability» instead.
- Fixed: In the free version, an overdue reservation released its dates, and they could be booked again. The dates now stay taken, as in Pro.
- Fixed: After moving from Pro back to the free version, a rate plan that inherits from another one could break the reservation details. It works again, and its edit screen suggests deactivating it or upgrading to Pro.
- Fixed: The Actions column in admin lists with a single button was wider than it needed to be.
