Post/Page Edit Restriction Days helps website owners and administrators prevent accidental or unauthorized edits to posts and pages after a specific period. This ensures content remains stable once published, protecting your site’s integrity.

With this plugin, you can set a restriction period in days or hours, after which only administrators or authorized user roles can edit posts or pages.

Instal·lació

Via WordPress Admin Panel
1. Go to Plugins > Add New.
2. Search for «Post/Page Edit Restriction Days«.
3. Click Install Now, then Activate.
Manual Installation
1. Download the plugin ZIP file.
2. Upload the postpage-edit-restriction-days folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
3. Activate the plugin via the Plugins menu in WordPress.

How do I set a restriction period?: After activating the plugin, go to any Post or Page in your WordPress dashboard. You’ll see the «Day Restriction» option, where you can specify how long a post remains editable. Once the period expires, only admins or authorized roles can edit the content.
Which user roles can bypass the restriction?: By default, administrators can always edit posts and pages. You can configure additional roles in the plugin settings.
