Descripció

Amb el Polylang completament integrat al WordPress i utilitzant només les seves característiques bàsiques integrades (taxonomies), manteniu un rendiment constant al vostre lloc i creeu un lloc multilingüe que ofereixi des d’una única llengua extra fins a 10 o més segons les vostres necessitats. No hi ha límit en el nombre d’idiomes afegits i els paquets d’idioma del WordPress es baixen automàticament quan estan preparats.

Característiques

Depenent del tipus de lloc que heu construït o que esteu planejant construir, una combinació d’extensions de la llista següent podria ser d’interès.
Tots els connectors inclouen un assistent que permet configurar-los en només uns quants clics.

Polylang

Polylang i Polylang Pro comparteixen el mateix nucli proporcionant característiques com:

  • Traduint entrades, pàgines, mitjans, categories, etiquetes d’entrada, tipus d’entrada personalitzats i taxonomies, canals RSS; s’admeten mètodes d’escriptura RTL.
  • L’idioma està definit pel codi de llengua a l’URL, o podeu utilitzar un subdomini o domini diferent per llengua.
  • Còpia automàtica de categories, etiquetes d’entrada i altres metadades en crear una entrada nova o una traducció de pàgina.
  • Traduint menús i ginys.
  • Commutador de llengua personalitzable disponible com a giny o element de menú de navegació.
  • Compatibilitat amb Yoast SEO.

Polylang Pro

Ajuda optimitzant el temps invertit traduint el vostre lloc amb algunes funcionalitats extra molt últis com:

Extensió per a compatiblitat amb WooCommerce, que proporciona característiques com:

  • Traduint pàgines de WooCommerce (botiga, pagament, cistella, el meu compte), categories de productes i termes globals d’atributs directament a la interfície de WooCommerce.
  • Traduint correus electrònics de WooCommerce i enviar-los als clients en la seva llengua.
  • Sincronització de les metadades dels productes.
  • Compatibilitat amb l’eina nativa d’importació i exportació de CSV de WooCommerce.
  • Compatibilitat amb extensions populars com ara Subscripcions de WooCommerce, Product Bundles, WooCommerce Bookings, Shipment tracking i més.
  • Possibilitat d’utilitzar l’API REST del WooCommerce (disponible amb el Polylang Pro).

Instal·lació

  1. Assegureu-vos que feu servir el WordPress 5.8 o posterior i que el servidor fa servir PHP 5.6 o posterior (el mateix requeriment que per al WordPress).
  2. Si has provat altres extensions multilingües, desactiva-les abans d’activar Polylang, en cas contrari, pots obtenir resultats inesperats!
  3. Instal·la i activa l’extensió com és habitual des del menú “Extensions” de WordPress.
  4. L’assistent de configuració s’inicia automàticament per ajudar-vos a començar més fàcilment amb Polylang configurant les característiques principals.
